BUILD CREW VOLUNTEERS

Commitment: 2-3 days setup (April 13-15) + 1 day breakdown (April 21) Responsibilities: Stage construction assistance, tent setup, signage installation, infrastructure assembly Requirements: Physical fitness, construction experience helpful but not required Benefits: Free Explorer Pass + crew meals + early festival access

ART INSTALLATION TEAM

Commitment: 2 days setup (April 14-15) + breakdown assistance Responsibilities: LED art installation, art car coordination, creative display setup Requirements: Artistic eye, careful handling of equipment, creativity Benefits: Free Explorer Pass + artist networking + crew meals

GATE & TICKETING TEAM

Commitment: 4-6 hour shifts during festival (April 16-19) Responsibilities: Check-in attendees, scan QR codes, distribute wristbands, answer basic questions Requirements: Friendly demeanor, detail-oriented, basic smartphone skills Benefits: Free Explorer Pass + flexible scheduling + front-line festival energy

PARKING & TRAFFIC COORDINATION

SAFETY & SECURITY SUPPORT
